"No ADA. No continental breakfast. Our refrig leaked all over the floor and probably had many times, to the point that the floor bubbled up about an inch. Wall between room was paper thin - we could hear the people next door using the bathroom. The views were fantastic. The deck was fab."

"The elevator was broken down and someone was inside the elevator. I was unaware of the parking fee. I see now that it is on there but it was so tiny that I was unaware that it was there. They kept 100 dollar deposit which I didn't know was going to happy so my husband and I could not buy any merch at Great America because we couldn't afford it. I will not be going back."
