"Property was under complete construction. Couldn’t use 2 of our 3 balconies as they had tarps and ladders on them. Weren’t informed that whole place was under construction until two days before trip. "

Although the reception is located by the main street, you need to go up several steps beside the building to get to the back where the rooms are located. There's also no elevator so be prepared to lug your bags up and down some stairs. Very good options for breakfast (mostly cold, with scrambled eggs and bacon offered) but quite a generous spread. "Very friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. Walking distance to train station! Walking distance to Lake Como. Good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. The even had an elevator. Helpful for luggage."

"Absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful location. Stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is in the top 10 easily. The level of finish is spectacular.. Only small point for improvement was that at checkout there were 3 (maybe even 4 colleagues on the front desk) and only 1 of them seemed to be able to do anything.. which then created bottlenecks."

"This was a great place to stay if you want to be in a quieter scenic area. It was not in the center of town, but was easily walkable along the lake. It took an average of 15-20 min walk to get to the Ferris wheel in Lecco and it was a 25-30 min walk to the main Lecco train station. The room in the hotel was clean and the restaurant had great dinner options! "
