DON'T STAY HERE ESPECIALLY IN ROOM 5Posted 03-Dec-2013
Location: About a 20-25 minute walk from Europa Bus Station depending on your walking speed (with suitcase in tow)
I was greeted upon arrival. Had to carry my suitcase up 4 flights of narrow stairs, as it had no lift. I was allocated Room 5. The most cramped, claustrophobic and tiny room I have ever encountered due to the large double bed taking up 95% of the space. There was physically no floor space to put my suitcase except behind the door, which if you wanted to get out of the room in a hurry posed a fire, health and safety risk. Ended up putting suitcase on one side of the double bed, which made it a single bed for all of my stay.... Bathroom door did not close properly. Had trouble walking around 2 sides of the bed. There was no where to stand properly so I could change into and out of my clothes. Kept bumping my leg on radiator trying to open bathroom door. Tea/coffee facilities had no biscuits provided. Room was not serviced on 2nd last day of my stay so ran out of toilet paper, sachets of milk for tea/coffee, bin in bathroom was overflowing by the end. Bathroom light stopped working on last night. There was nobody to ask for supplies (i.e. toilet paper, milk) on last night. Arrived home from coach trip to Gaints Causeway/Rope Bridge around 7pm and all I wanted was a hot drink. Nobody was around to ask. Most disappointing. Tried the cooked breakfast. Sausages tasted weird....Was woken up on 2nd night by the person in charge yelling at guests " you are a disgrace" at 1.30am in the morning. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. My advice, pay extra £££ and stay somewhere else.

interestingPosted 27-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
The B&B was located just off Falls Road in Belfast so an interesting location. Bed comfortable but too big for room--no room to move. Great tv reception. Clean room and en suite. Stairs, entry way dark.

Great little B&B!Posted 24-Aug-2013
Pros: Owners, location, things and services available.
Cons: It's tiny. But it's a historic old building, and they are tiny, so that's hat I would expect!
Location: Belfast has a lot of history, Titanic Quarter, Public Records Office, transportation is easy to anywhere else you want to go.
Kevin was terrific. Cute little place, pretty close to everything. Kevin and June put themselves out to make sure guests have a pleasant stay, and learn about Northern Ireland and Belfast. Rooms are a bit crowded, but very clean, breakfast was good. He will even personally get you where you need to go!

Cons: cluttered and squashed
had to remove some furniture to top of cupboard so could move in room a joke really no private sitting area it was also used by owner he and wife have only a private bedroom and thus use the guest area very crowded and cluttered with his possessions

Like home from homePosted 28-Apr-2013
The hotel is well-located in west Belfast where you can meet real people who are friendly and open to chat about the history of the city and the province. The proprietor Kevin and his staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. If you phone him before your arrival he will even pick you up from the airport in his limousine.

Clean and comfortablePosted 18-Mar-2013 on Hotels.com
This B and B was spotless and I had a very comfortable 4 nights with an ENORMOUS delicious cooked breakfast every morning. The owner also offers an individual taxi service to the local airports which was very useful. It's situated about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and about half an hour from Queen's University which I found very convenient. Highly recommended!
