"The hotel gets a pass for being under construction. The lobby staff and valet were great. The cleaning staff was terrible. Stayed 3 nights and didn't get our room turned and cleaned one time. Trash was piling up and I had to use extra bags. Ran out of towels and had to request them. Cleaning staff was terrible and is the main reason for the score."
