"We love this hotel so much, the hotel is close to everything, you can take the hotel’s boat shuttle to the BTS train station or tourist ferry to Chinatown, temples or Khaoshan Rd,, everywhere is very convenience. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we stayed there for 6 nights with no problems at all, we did not want to leave, we will stay there again next time when we go back Bangkok. "Can see it was probably 5* back in the day so rooms a bit small compared to modern hotel but refurbished and decent price reflects this"

"The service was our favourite part of the stay. Rooms were spacious and cleaned often. The complimentary fruits in the room was also a nice touch."

"Amazing. I purchased the Suite with River view that was supposed to come with a free drink and breakfast in the lounge. However, when I arrived at the lounge the hostess said my room on the 53rd floor did not include access to the lounge. Luckily for me, the hotel manager was present and he invited me to stay for breakfast. I don't drink alcohol so I wasn't concerned about the free cocktail. Everyone was very nice and professional. The pool was lovely and dinner at the Chef's Table was phenomenal. Top notch service, friendliness, competence and the food was to die for. Will definitely be back. Oh, and the views were stunning."
