My stay with Oakwood Suites Bangkok was excellent. Check in was seamless and quick, which is always a plus especially after a long flight. The Deluxe 1 bedroom was spacious and clean with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Hotel amenities such as pool and gym were fantastic and clean and what I like about these facilities was that they weren't as busy as normal hotel amenities - a plus for us. Staff was polite and helpful and overall it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. In addition, the kitchen and washing machine in the room were a huge plus for us as we can prepare our breakfast and do laundry when needed.

I'm not sure what the VIP amenities are and didn't take advantage of them. However, the room was very well appointed and comfortable. There was an issue with the bedroom air-conditioner controls, kept getting colder and colder even when I set to 23-24 at night, it went down to 21 by morning.

This location is close to malls, food ,transportation and entertainment. This staff is incredible. Miss Bow and the rest are helpfull and friendly. They can speak almost every language and help with how to navigate the city with ease. Great stay.
