"I was skeptical because of prior reviews. However, our flight was delayed and the hotel staff was understanding. The room was not as clean as I prefer and there was hair and stains on the bedding/bed but I didn’t complain. I disinfected the room myself. Also, I thought we would get rides to & from by shuttle but they called Uber service which was free of charge and I thought that was awesome. We didn’t have that many towels and no wash cloths, however, we brought our own wash cloths. I...
