Great hotel for family's in great locationPosted 11-Jun-2014
Having read the reviews I had quite low expectations of this hotel. However I found it to be clean and very centrally located with excellent harbour views. The 1 bed apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and the children loved the pool.

Great place to stayPosted 02-Jun-2014
We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the website states that parking is available but they fail to note that it is $26 a night. One of the reasons we booked here was because it had secure parking! Costs should be clearly stated on the website. We also unfortunately had no heating in our room which wasn't ideal in winter. However the apartment was very clean and tidy and well equipped.

Such potentialPosted 05-May-2014
Pros: The view of the city
Cons: The hotel has the potential to become a hot spot but management needs to re launch the hotel
Location: In the heart of the cbd, close to all the shops , restaurants etc
Well situated in the heart of the cbd, No porter service when you arrive The so called cafe/ bar is never open The rooms ,at least the one we stayed in has a great view but is very tired. Needs to be refurbished and upgraded The staff seem although very helpful seem a bit lethargic.

Great locationPosted 17-Mar-2014
Pros: The location was ideal - airport shuttle bus stop and main rail station are very close. Short walk to shops, restaurants and Sky Tower. Great views!
Cons: Reduce the cost of wifi in the room or allow more than one device to be connected for no extra charge.
Location: Sky Tower - as well as going up the Sky Tower there are restaurants and a casino below which was great fun to spend a few hours.
These apartments are ideally placed close to the harbour, CBD and public transport. The reception desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom apartment on the 21st floor which was clean and very spacious and had a huge wraparound balcony with fantastic views. The kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping visited daily. There was wifi available on request in the lobby area but the charge for the room was $25.49 per day per device which seemed expensive. There is no restaurant on site but we found some great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There is a cafe/bar on site but it didn't seem to open during our three day stay.

Centrally located, great views.Posted 07-Mar-2014
I really enjoyed my one night stay. It is in a great location and had a great view and huge balcony. Whilst some of the fittings and fixtures are not the latest, the room was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay here again when in Auckland.

Awesome service only issue they forgot to order Airport shuttle - but organised discounted taxi but could of been a big issue if late for international flight.

Downtown LocationPosted 24-Dec-2013
Pros: The availability to the CBD area, and the easy access to the excellent inner city transportation structure.
Cons: Paper towels could be a nice addition to the kitchen in terms of the apartment and free access to internet in the building apartments.
Location: Easy access to the boat cruises, bus trips, taxi rentals and the sky city visitor support services. Also, easy access to the Inner and Outer City.
Very close to the wharf and CBD area in Auckland. Easy access to the Inner and Outer City Links, and other public transportation. The only problem is the lack of internet. There is a charge for this service which I find somewhat disconcerting in this day and age of digital natives.

Excellent RoomPosted 09-Dec-2013
Pros: Large amout of space in the rooms.
Cons: Bathroom tiling on the floor looked a bit old and some tiles cracked
Location: Very close to the ferry terminal, cruise ship dock, Viaduct bars and main city center. Look no further than this hotel.
One of the best hotels for the proce we have stayed in. Nice kitchen, dining area and lounge leading on to a large balcony. Alos around the corner is a washer, dryer, next to that the large bathroom and then the large bed room, again leading on to the balcony.
