Not just ours, also another guest.The hotel needs to have better security, lighting and safety features installed for the guests that are staying at the property. The staff was great and the property was awesome. The dining options are great. We would like to stay there again, if they offer better security."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons Atlanta. The service, from valet and check in to pool side service and Bar Margot staff were incredible! I felt welcomed and accommodated. My only isssue was that my bathroom floors were very sticky and my “city view” was of a view of an abandoned grass property filled rubble. Aside from that, excellent stay for a nice staycation. "The Sonder is a good option for business clients. It's a very safe building, and the company is very responsive. I only had one issue, which was addressed in under five minutes. The PH apartments have great layouts, and I really liked the size. The only thing I would give a four is cleanliness. Most of the apartments were spotless, but the first-floor bathroom was the exception. Also, while there's parking (paid), getting to it is not the best. "This motel needs to be shut down and renovated. The place had a really bad bug problem. I wasn’t even able to stay my visit because I have an infant and was not comfortable with him there. Also they had no concern or cared why I was checking out early. All the lady had to say was he don’t do refunds. "
