"The phone in my room didn’t work. The male and female who checked me in were not very friendly and it seemed like an inconvenience when I asked about a luggage cart. The man in the morning when I checked out was helpful."

"This property is in the center of Aspen, and the location could not be better! Close (2 blocks) to Aspen Mountain gondola, near to many restaurants and shops. The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lackluster and really can use improvement. Our room was decent, but very worn and should be updated. Note, that due to its location is is very noisy at night (people, trucks, etc.), so it is not for you if you are a light sleeper."
