"I was in Appleton for a week a booked several motels before coming across listing for this one. The others were horrid to say the least!!!! Dirty , signs of bed bugs, smelly, dirty everything everywhere, horrible neighborhood and metheads galore hanging in parking lots. The Microtel was a breath of fresh air. Clean, a real breakfast included onsite, everything was exceptional regardless of the price. But the pricing was a bonus! All this is why I tried 4 hit her motels for not one night each but extended my stay at microtel for several days without regret. "

"We were there for a hockey tournament so it was very close to the arena. They were great with kids. Nice outdoor courtyard. "

"Friendly check in staff. Being a member of Choice Hotels, I was allowed to check in early. 2 free drinks per adult for the bar was a plus. Didn’t try the free breakfast because we were going out to brunch but it looked delicious. Pretty quiet hotel for the most part. "

"The hotel was clean, room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Continental breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions. They allowed us to extend our stay a couple hours which was extremely helpful. I'd stay here again."

"We had a great time, from check in to check out. Beth, the front desk clerk, was friendly and bubbly and happy to help. The room was beautifully appointed and very, very clean. The bed was comfy and both TVs were newer and and big. We will definitely stay here againE"
