"The hotel make certain norms just by themselves. I was told not to drink in my room, only to drink in the bar buying alcohol that is sold by the bar run by the hotel. Inorder to maximize own profit they have stipulated such norms. A friend of mine from Mumbai came to see me and he was denied access to my room despite my consent at normal day time hours. "We are totally disappointed with the reception staff....the support staff was good and prompt. But the quality of rooms for the kind of tariff they charged was bad.
