Comfortable, very well located (Central Station across the street) , friendly staff. Nice breakfast. A very good choice of stay inAmsterdam. Stay there again in my next visit!

Location excellent, breakfast excellent but the bathroom in room 127 needs to be cleaned properly. It has sickening stench of stale urine.

Great location and friendly service.
Very close to train station and quiet. I slept very well. Most sites are walkable or use the convenient bius or tram to get around. I would stay here again.

Always Amsterdam.
A three night stay on the way to Italy. We have often used Amsterdam as a starting and ending point on trips to other Europe countries. Multatuli is convenient to the train and venues in the city.

Arrived very late and the after hours access directions worked well. Building is very old with character and high ceilings. Room air conditioning was ineffective, but they did have a large fan which helped. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Near train station so convenient to trams around city and for travel in other parts of Netherlands. Near a street with lots of dining options. Rooms fine although on street can be noisy.

This hotel was in a very convenient area close to train station and easy to walk around central Amsterdam. Breakfast offered was good with good service. Room was clean with nice big windows facing canal in front of hotel. The room was nice although a little small. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked how the front desk always kept an eye on the front door, including when customers were walking out of the hotel and coming back to the hotel. The front desk was in charge of opening the door for all the customers. However, it was a little bit anti climax that upon checking in, the front desk staff handed me my room card that was not properly programmed. No apology was given when i came back down to sort things out. When he fixed it , it was handed to me, as if it was just something expected and routine ;) The two other staff members I met later on duty were helpful, professional and kind.

I will stay in this hotel for my next trip.
Excellent location. the room was clean and a good size given the price we paid. I highly recommend their breakfast, it's very good! you must try their latte.

Convenient location
Great location near Amsterdam Centraal station. Supermarkets and eating places nearby as well as public transport. Rooms are a little tired looking as is building generally but it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

Great downtown location that is close to many shops and the central train station. The room was quite and we slept well after a long flight. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The included breakfast was a exactly what we needed before we started to explore the city. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay, loved the location and comfort
This hotel is bang Opp Amsterdam Centraal station - so fantastic for connections and travel. I had room 141 in May 2022 facing the road and found it very pleasant - however if you need complete silence, then take a room not facing the road. Not many options in breakfast for vegetarians. Room was very spacious.

Interesting City to visit
We swapped to this hotel due to the last one was a small room and single bed, I booked 2 x double rooms at this place, so I paid a little extra to get a double bed, but when we got the rooms here only one room was a double, I raised this with front desk only got an apology but didn’t get a refund of the difference between a single to double, as it was our last night I didn’t cause a fuss. The room size was good and tea/coffee facilities also good along with breakfast so overall was a fine stay. I would say lots of stairs here in this hotel.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were very informative and friendly, and the breakfast that was included was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be staying here again.

My son left his trainers in the room on Sunday when was moving to another hotel. Other family members were still staying at this hotel So when packing his stuff to come him on the Monday noticed his trainers wasn’t there and phoned one of the family members who was still at this hotel to ask the to ask for the trainers as he had left them in the room. To be told that the cleaners hadn’t been in room yet this is Monday 24 hour plus since my son left the room No one has been in to clean it so asked if could be let in the room to get them from were my son had left them Got told No we will post them out to you when our cleaner gets them it’s quite clear they have taken the trainer out room already and been home 3 days not heard a thing I have to keep ring and gettin promised a phone call back and doesn’t happen so £180 down the drain worse part they were one of his 15th birthday present witch he had just opened 26/01 so he’s guttered but from gettin to leaving this hotel was a nightmare and most definitely would not recommend or be returning our selfs.
