Liked how the front desk always kept an eye on the front door, including when customers were walking out of the hotel and coming back to the hotel. The front desk was in charge of opening the door for all the customers.
However, it was a little bit anti climax that upon checking in, the front desk staff handed me my room card that was not properly programmed. No apology was given when i came back down to sort things out. When he fixed it , it was handed to me, as if it was just something expected and routine ;)
The two other staff members I met later on duty were helpful, professional and kind.
