"Very nice hotel as a 5 star rating hotel. Their room lighting controls have many options to choose from: relax mode to working mode. It is very convenient to travel to the airport especially if you need to wake up early to catch a flight. One of the thing on safety is commendable, there is a calling for help button next to the toilet seat. I think not too many hotels even 5 stars will have that one button. Staffs are couteous. Breakfast buffet have many choices, very inter-continental."

"This was our 3rd trip to this hotel, but our first since China had reopened to American visitors. Two of the three restaurants have closed and not reopened. The outside bar and vip area was closed. The outside pool was closed. The wait staff spoke poor or no English and the menu was severely limited. At Maro more than half the food was unavailable and their drink menu was almost non existent. The staff spoke little English. The front desk staff was kind and rooms were nice. I hated to see...

"As always, great place to stay. I would suggest to improve wi-fi but if you ask about it, they will put a wi-fi booster in the room. Shower door also had a problem and did not close well leaving water on the floor each time. Other than that, service is fantastic, spa is great and breakfast is perfect with lots of choices.
