Greate stay with Sheraton
It was a great experiense to stay with Sheraton. Rooms are big and comfortable. Huge bads with very comfortable matrce. Pesonal were very helpfull espesially Mariia Kosacheva. Thank you very much!

难以置信的入住
每年都要到深圳出差好几次，第一次入住南山喜来登，过程难以置信。 1. 下午四点半抵达办理入住，前台人员说房间还没整理好，让我们稍微等一下。就这样在大堂坐到下午五点半才拿到房卡入住。 2. 晚上洗澡洗到一半突然跳电，整个房间瞬间黑暗一片，幸好手机放在不远的地方，赶紧打开手机手电筒，透过微弱的灯光完成淋浴。 3. 办理入住时先告知前台人员因为隔天早班飞机，请他晚上将发票开好发邮箱，再三确认后前台人员说没问题，已经特别标注，结果直到隔天早上到前台办理退房都没有收到发票；询问之下，前台人员说忘了。 整体而言，喜来登级别的硬件，松散的管理，同样是五星级酒店，深圳有很多更好的选择。
