The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. "Nice hotel, by the beach. The best part of this hotel is the "Patiserie" that is open 24 hours with snacks, cakes, drinks and extremely nice and accommodating staff, always smiling and polite. Good gym with lots of equipment. Overpriced prices at the spa. Lots of groups of older men, due to the hotel proximity to a golf course, but not an issue. The seafood restaurant overpriced, with good food, but there is a variety of fish at the regular buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
