Great place for kids and adults. Lots of sports options. I play beach volleyball, hotel is equipped with 5 proper courts, there are options to play both proper 2 v 2 and relaxed 6 v 6. Tons of different food and plenty a-la-carte restaurants. Service super fast, clean and polite. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration. A very hard lesson learnt! Still we would stay there in the future but we will make sure we book directly with the hotel!

Great hotel, great food, great beach = great vaca

Amazing hotel, great service, friendly staff, humongous beach, good size pools, never felt overcrowded. I was with my family and we had so much fun. Turkish food was absolutely amazing, by far the best. This hotel has it all.

Bad: There was too many people at the hotel. The hotel had a 3000 people capacity and there was 2500 people when We where there. We had to wait in line in the heat, to get something to drink. They should Open some more bars. And at the all inclusive restaurant there was Also too many people, it felt like feeding time at the zoo. Sometimes there wasnt any available tables at the restaurant, so you had to wait for people to finish their food. Conclusion: We Will just get a smaller hotel next time. At the swimmingpools, you had to Wake up early to put your towel on a sunbed to get one, if you did not get up early then too bad you could not get a sunbed. Good: Nice and good cleaning at the hotel rooms, Sweet personal. The food was good, not the best but what do you expect when cooking for 2500 people. Nice party events at night/evening. Good coctails was served by bartenders. Very nice waterpibe at the hotel (costs money though). There was a Nice private Beach with food and drinks within the all inclusive (5 minutes Wall from the hotel). And food at the hotel all hours of the day.

hôtel immense , beaucoup trop de monde , surtout à la plage et au restaurant ,sinon très beau complexe hôtelier . Avons été obligés de changer de chambre le lendemain , à cause d'une forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain .

Sehr saubere Zimmer, extrem freundliche Kellner, Ramazan vom Hauptrestaurant sehr freundlich und super professionell. Kinderanimation wirklich klasse, tolle Kinderdisco, leckeres Essen und alles extrem sauber. Die letzten Jahre waren immer viele Österreicher und Deutsche im Hotel, was für die Kinder sehr schön war für die Kommunikation in der Kinderanimation und auch beim Abendprogramm. Dieses Jahr sehr ausgerichtet auf Gäste aus Russland was uns hier und da etwas negativ aufgestoßen ist in Bezug auf einige Situationen im Hotel. Wir sind Stammgäste im Magic Life und überlegen ob wir uns wieder auf andere Ketten (deutschsprachig) orientieren. Ansonsten wunderschönes Hotel mit tollen Themen und originellen Shows. Familie mit zwei Kindern.

Für Familie mit Kleinkind super geeignet - tolle Kinderbetreuung, schöner Strand, überall sauber (außen & innen), abwechslungsreiches Essen, sehr guter Service. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Täglich wechselnde Speisen und Themenabende. Für uns und unser Kleinkind war immer was dabei und lecker. Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattet, alles hat funktioniert. Kleines Manko: wir waren im Erdgeschoss und da hört man die Geräusche aus dem Untergeschoss etwas (Disko), aber es war dennoch nicht störend. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und das war unser Hauptziel. Bis zum Flughafen waren es 45min Transfer, was wir ebenfalls als super finden (dadurch auch kein Fluglärm). Wir waren jedoch nie außerhalb des Hotels - war so geplant - und können daher nichts zur Umgebung sagen.
