"A lovely hotel and well located. Only a 4 minute walk from Akanebashi station and a 5 minute walk to Tokyo tower. I would recommend a room with a view of Tokyo Tower - it’s worth it! The rooms are spacious and clean. Towels were changed everyday and so was the bed linen. We arrived at 9:30 and although checkin was after 3pm, they accommodated us and we got our room at 10:30 am. The hotel was stylish in decor. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel all day long. "

"What is so unique about this property is the fact that it is very clean and upscale. What I don’t like about the property is the front desk staff. They seem always overworked and stressed. This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. "AMAZING property, centrally located in the financial district. I take one solo trip yearly, and stay at FourSeasons. Otemachi did not dissapoint! The two hour massage was amaIng. George and Tsatsu at concierge are amazing! VIRTU is a vibe! Keith and his team were amazing. The pizza in the hotel is to die for! I will see you soon, FourSeasons Otemachi!
