"The staff was very welcoming. It was wonderful to have many choices at breakfast. The dinner food/bar was a surprise to us. We just went the 4th night of our stay. It was very fun and apparent that many other guests went nightly😊. I also enjoyed the hot tub in the rain!"

"I recently stayed at Caesars Harrah's New Orleans for three days and was unfortunately disappointed with the overall experience. Upon arrival, we had to walk across the street with our luggage, which was inconvenient and not what I expected from a property of this caliber. There was no pool available, which was a major drawback, especially for a longer stay. In addition, parking was not included and cost $40 per night, which was an unexpected expense that added up quickly during our stay. The room itself felt outdated and was not well maintained. There were noticeable stains on the couches and headboard, and the ceiling had visible water marks, which made the room feel less clean and cared for than expected. For the price and reputation associated with Caesars, I expected a much higher standard of accommodations and guest experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed."

"As a platinum Marriott member and having stayed almost exclusively at Marriotts, this one was a disappointment. Our room was very basic and void of decor. The bed was in front of the full-length mirror on the wall, making it difficult to view yourself close up. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was not lit so hard to see. No drawers in the bathroom, just a slatted shelf under the sink that looked worn. The shower floor was slippery, no grab bar and the door leaked a bit. The safe in the closet was so high up you needed a stool to use it if you were of short stature. Only one luggage rack so had to put our second suitcase on the one armchair. Room was overall outdated and had poor storage. No hotel information in the room and the pen by the phone did not work. The bed was lumpy and once again, we felt the furnishing had not been updated in a while. When I asked the desk clerk about the "food & beverage" credit, her reply was snippy."

"So noisy and the front desk staff is rude. There was (is) a smoking bench right outside our window on the bottom floor front corner room where people partied and fought all night every night and not only did the staff not do anything about it, they did not discount our stay or explain a second miscellaneous charge to my credit card that wasn’t included on my invoice! It was near impossible to speak to management and then it was only through email to which they offered one reply and then never responded again. Stay anywhere else but here."
