"The hotel is an adult hotel and not allowing teenagers to use pool and gym.. ı have booked the trip for Easter holiday for my child and paid extremely high price for just sitting in the hotel room .. -7 degree, snowing weather.. So hotel must clarify the status as adult hotel and should not sell the room for families without notifying.. there were no notice about this policy about the hotel while booking.. Cost us huge amount of money with huge disappointment.."

"An amazing oasis several hundred years old kept in a mint conditions opens up suddenly, as you approach the bridge leading to the property. The room we stayed was decorated with 18th century style furnishings, beautiful view of water, modern bath with beautiful details. The spa overlooking the water, both inside and outside, just added to the paradise feeling. Dinner was gourmet style, elegantly presented and delicious. "Lovely gardens and our room overlooked the patio area with couches and umbrellas. There was a large collection of children 8-12 yrs in a group however they didn’t negatively impact our stay as there was plenty for them to do and wide open spaces. Dinner overlooking the gardens and fountain with the large windows open was lovely and the staff willing to make up a cheese platter for dessert. The menu was limited but delicious"
