"De Broeierd is a beautiful, large old farmhouse built into an interesting and very cozy hotel with a very good restaurant at one end and a lovely "bistro" at the other end. Large outdoor seating areas add to the comfort. The rooms (we had two-level rooms with balconies) are spacious and comfortable, beds very comfortable, but you should be able to climb the typically Dutch steep narrow stairs up to the sleeping area. "This is an older hotel that is well maintained. lacted in a rural area. Need to get around by car or bicycle"

"When I tried to enter the building it was locked at 16.00, their is no intercom or bell to get a member of staffs attention so I needed to leave my suitcases unattended at the front as I walked round the premises trying to find a way in. On check in once in the building their are no lifts which is fine, but the staff on the desk begrudgingly asked if I'd like a hand with my luggage, when I said yes they left my case at the bottom of the staircase and I took both myself.
