"Looks and feels like its not been updated since 1980. Asked for 400Euro deposit and not sure why as didnt want to use restaurant. Lots of noise in the morning at 7am with doors creaking and slamming. No milk or creamer for coffee in the room. Towels not replaced daily. "

I also had to change the reservations several times including changing dates, canceling one room, and asking for a refund for the canceled room. I emailed with your staff member, Madame Anushka, several times and she was professional, timely, and efficient."

"A well presented hotel in a convenient location - about three minutes walk to Les Bergers ski area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. The bar area is nice to relax in and the staff are great, especially Alicia. "

"I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes. The radiator did not work and was on max the whole time so the room was very stuffy. Breakfast...

"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."
