"I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed my stay at this historic hotel. My room was large and clean. The bathroom had marble countertops and basket weaved marble floors. Very quiet. I had low expectations for the dining room too after all the bad reviews but my husband and I really enjoyed our dinner. He had the NY Step and I had roasted chicken. It was a delight to meet all the young people working there for the summer. "

"The room is quite spacious, with a decent sized bathroom. The hotel offers complimentary smore kit at the entrance that you can roast yourself in the fire pit at night. Juice, milk and coffee are provided thought the day, which is quite nice if you’d like a light night snack, very family friendly. Plenty of disability parking and EV charging station. Bonus point, if you wake up early and take a walk around the neighgiurhood, you may hear howling wolves, I guess that’s how they got the name?!...

"Jackson Lake Lodge exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our cottage and our experience in the Grand Tetons. The food and service at the Pioneer Grill was awesome, some of the best meals we had on our entire trip and just wonderful people that were so kind and made us feel very welcome. Honestly, we were shocked how much our experience at Tetons exceeded our experience at Yellowstone especially with the parks being so closely situated."

"Al llegar note un poco viejo el lugar. Pero por dentro de mi habitación todo estaba remodelado. La cocina nos ahorro bastante dinero. El desayuno basico y variado ( muy rico) limpio. Mucho silecio, relajante y hermosas vistas. Definitivamente regresaria."

"So the pictures of the cabin we reserved did not match what we got. The pictures showed bunkbeds and instead we got a hide-a-bed. "

"Our room was an accessible room. I don't know if it is relevant or not, but it seems strange that all of the lamps were unplugged. It took us a bit of time to figure out that they were all unplugged. The coffee pot didn't work. The coffee pot wasn't a big deal since there was coffee in the lobby. It has a standalone heating/cooling unit that worked fine. However, it also had a thermostat on the wall that didn't do anything. Those should be removed, but maybe most people don't see it."

"The outside could use some touching up on the building itself. Otherwise we had a good stay and the beds were comfy! Breakfast is okay with basic options but don’t expect eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. Good coffee and easily available throughout the day though! We didn’t get to use the game room or make any s'mores as I had hoped but that was because we were too tired from being in the park all day. It was a convenient location though! Close to the gate and everything else! "

"This was a great experience. Loved the Safari room accommodations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the set up of the Lobby and the outside patio with the fire pits. The restaurant had great choices for dinner and was excellent. "

"Although Expedia screwed up our prepaid reservation, they luckily had 2 rooms for us and comped them for us. The rooms were very nice and large and the restaurant attached was great for dinner and the free breakfast buffet. "
