"The rooms are compact but one is truly in the heart of the city. One can walk just a short distance and it’s wonderful. Try and get a room on an upper floor, though. The staff (esp. Sara and Judith but really everyone) are delightful. "

"The hotel was perfect. The customer service was top level, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's in the perfect location, right beside the arena and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main train station (where the airport link bus drops you). I would definitely stay here again."

"Great staff. Parking was very hard to get to, at least it was free! Great shower pressure, great to stay with kids and good small breakfast (they even made me a sou capuccino!). Beds were not so good"

"Great bathroom! Liked the roll down blinds and wee balcony. The room key fob had the hotel name and room number on it, and it weighed a ton, so we took the key off for safety. "

"Highly recommended. Great central location at edge of Piazza Bra next to the Roman arena. Lovely hotel, smart decor, very clean. My deluxe double was spacious, with big shower room (great shower!). No view except next rooftop. Breakfast is a real treat with huge choice on buffet and nice staff."

"Super little hotel ideally positioned in Simione. The hotel is right on the Lake with a patio overlooking the lake for drinks and food. The front of house staff were all very welcoming and helpful and we will definitely stay there again."

"It feels that we walked into a fairy tail, the Borgo absolutely adorable, romantic at night, surrounded by fortified stone walls, majestic medieval doors and towers on the lago di Garda. An absolute gem that my American girlfriend, and I, will never forget."

"a bit antiquated small hotel, not up to american standards, but excellent service and location, right in the center of town, walkable everywhere. small showers, some parts of bathroom a bit broken. AC was weak, not sure if worked bc weather was on the cooler side, windows at night had to be closed bc of ppl noise outside. beautiful outside patio to sit and enjoy the piazza Erbe. breakfast was a bit limited to what other hotels serve in europe. no refrigerator or hot water pot in rooms. still, we...
