"Property needs a serious overhaul as soon as possible and as fast as possible. Departments need to be trained on a regular basis. (Engineering contractors need to be instructed to conduct any conversations in an area out of guest view.) First room alloted wasn't great and had a rather disgusting health faucet. Second room was decent. Coffee mugs were broken and caused a spill. (IRD) Received no apologies regarding the same. Hallways were a mess and were dirty, with footprints and dust....

"Overall nice place with all the basic stuff in good order. I found the check in process a bit cold and unwelcoming. One of the lights didn’t work but they were on it quick! They have a nice roof top restaurant with good food and cocktails. Their rooms and breakfast was pretty nice as well. Not too found of the busy location. AC worked well, had some issues with Wifi, where it was working in the room and then not, told I could get it in reception area. Though later reception was again available in the room.
