"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

"From days prior to our arrival, the staff member Monjur kept excellent communication with us and very responsive to my questions. It was very reassuring especially since we had a late arrival at 10:30pm. We were placed on the 53rd floor which offered unbeatable views of the Petronas tower. The location of the apartment is excellent, within walking distance to Petronas, night marketplace and other malls. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here."

"I booked this property on behalf of a friend. When we checked in, the ID didn't work, we had problems entering the main door and using the lift. The studio was good size, that's why we booked it. To our horror, there were 2 aircons and only 1 is working, apparently PLUSH is aware and told us to turn on the fan!!
