"Location of the property in combination with the price is why this choice is a must. You are walking distance from the center. Rooms are clean and ok - due to the building a bit old if someone is walking around the floor above you , it is heard. Also during the summer, the rooms are getting quite hot, especially if you are in a higher floor. Would love to see different type of soap for shower. Breakfast was ok considering the price - would love to see some more bakery options like...

"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Comfortable beds - very good! However the spa facilities are not open to late and booked out a lot. The balcony only has one chair but overall the hotel was OK for a one night stay. "I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."
