"This hotel is in an excellent location near university, restaurants and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful small suite but did not lack anything. My only complaints were a noisy air cinditioner which I am sure will be repaired and a strong air freshener smell in the suite. Overall this is a very good value and I would recommend it to others."

"Some staff did not know english. Those who new were unpleasant. Out of 3 days, the room was cleand only once, after we asked for that. We ordered twin room and got two beds room. We asked to replace, the told as this is what you ordered. It looks like they did not understand my request."

"I had a great stay here. The service was excellent. My room and floor was quiet every day and night. I also loved the location, within 10-20 minutes walking distance from most tourist attractions and the Palas Mall. Its also within a 20 minute drive from the airport."

"Although is out of the city, it isn't an issue cause you can easily find a taxi and the view of the hills is really nice. The hotel has a pool, but it wasnt open yet, so I cannot say how it is. Still, if you don't book directly through them, the entrance fee is not covered and you have to pay an extra of around 8 EUR/person to use it. "The hotel is located in a wonderful location downtown Iasi. It’s an old hotel so don’t expect too much. It was brutally hot and the AC didn’t work. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. It was one of those experiences where you say “it is what it is”. The WiFi was good so that’s a major plus. "
