The area felt very safe, good restaurants in the beautiful mall, easy to hail cabs and the hotel was easy to get to from the hotel. "We had a perfect short stay at Hotel Ambience. The room is small and does not have any window (we knew it when we booked) but clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect: 500m from railway station and 100m from Metro station, near local market and restaurants. "I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked.
