"Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. The bathroom had an open shower, toilet and basin. The room was large enough without everything getting in the way. Hot...

The ambience of the property is unmatched, and they have also set up ground water replenishing pits and solar water heaters which make it an ecologically sustainable property. "

"This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. "

"Frequent outage of electricity and window is sealed,making stay undesirable.This is due to low transformer in that region.It also happened in the domestic airport with poor wiring and ventilation!The young wife of the manager who held a master degree in urban development was down with flu,due to mosquitoes and flies.Much can be done for the improvement to attract tourists for return trips.Mangolian food and mutton.berani were good especially the latter.Travelling from the domestic airport to...

"Very friendly staff and food was excellent. Rooms are jumbo sized with king beds chairs and large mirrors . Easy location for foreign visitors and the town is very neat and clean I highly recommend this property to all tourists ."

"Descent guesthouse in a good location near enough to everything but not loud and crazy. Within a 15 minute walk to bus station, 5-10 minutes away from food choices and banks etc. For this price hotels would be in worse shape so better to stay here. Shared shower and bathroom which were never cleaned i dont think. "

"Lets face it. Butwal is not a tourist destination or major foreign investment site. The hotel options are limited. At Darcy's you get a clean room, professional service, safe meals and privacy. Nothing is outstanding but the staff is friendly and everything is pleasant. The location means it is convenient but noisy. During our stay there was a communication issue between Darcy's and Orbitz. However, I was never inconvenienced and to my knowledge, the issue was worked out. Would recommend to...
