Even though I booked large room for 4 adults in hotel in January, they did not keep that room available and sent our family across street to apartment building. Also told them first day our phone didn’t work, but it was never repaired and we could not call family room to room all 5 days we were there. "

"We stayed for a week in the Deluxe room and had an amazing stay. The room was large and the bed was a kingsize. The pool and area around it was clean and well kept and the sun loungers we're like beds so very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the best but there was plenty of options. The hotel is well located with the old town and beaches being a few minutes walk away. Finally the hotel staff were all really friendly. If we were to return to Rhodes I would definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel, pool fab and lots of sun beds around the pool. Bar food great. Basic breakfast but fine. Minimum staff but they are very helpful and efficient. Only annoying thing is the bedsheets….they don’t fit the beds well and pull away exposing the mattress…admittedly I move around a lot ! So this may not have helped. Air con great. Efficient and quiet… Would definitely return. "

"Lovely spacious apartment. Did try to ask questions through the website but no response. Good location on the island. "Great place to stay, clean and well presented rooms. Desk staff friendly and helpful staying awake for my late arrival which was highly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Faliraki and would gladly stay there again.
