"Great location! And even though the property is right on a busy street, our litte apartment (#10) was very quiet. Lots of natural light, and a little balcony as well. The windows all opened, so I could get fresh air as well. We stayed for 4 nights and there are just a few small things that would have made the stay just a little better. A few more towels (a hand towel and wash cloth would have been nice, a dish cloth and a dish towel) and a few drawers to put away clothes would have been lovely....

"VERY rude staff. I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...

"It was nice for how inexpensive it was. It would be nicer with some maintenance like fixing the broken window in the bedroom, getting a better lock on the door, having a bathroom handle that was attached firmly to the door, etc. I was willing to overlook these things because of the price. "
