"It was amazing. I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. I Come to Miami for a surgeries and this place was like my home.They clean my room everyday and they keep my rates low. The Customer service is amazing, Respectful. They always have a good attitude. I come with my family and really appreciate what they did. The hotel is close to every place. "Excellent customer service. It was top notch. I cannot remember the name of the lady at the front desk that wears the glasses I think her name is Evy, I absolutely love her. She is amazing. Great customer service. All round wonderful person. The gym is small, but can be used. The lobby was always clean and smells amazing. The only issues I had with the property is that the bathroom tub needs to changed and the doors were so hard to open as I believe that they just painted them. "
