Excellent helpful communication from the hotel when I booked showed that this hotel cares about it's guests. Great location only five minutes walk from the main train station. Easy walking to many of the major sites. The hotel is clean, warm and comfortable, excellent value for money. Recommended.

Brilliant stay. Only there one night unfortunately, before we moved onto the next town. Staff are the best. Breakfast superb. Location unbeatable. Pricing was great value for money. We booked a shared bathroom room and after our experience here, we've started looking for similar options in the other towns and cities we're heading towards. Thanks to the hotel for their authenticity.

Family run, very friendly even with limited English the staff and management went out of their way to help. Very good location for those arriving by train, also had good access to sights and shopping. Rooms not large but we'll planned and workable. Best part though is the lovely terrace on 2nd floor, great for pre-dinner drink etc. Breakfast was typical Italian with plenty of choice and good coffee.

Great location in center Florence.. near the train station and domo..

This is a great place to stay very reasonably especially if you want to explore Florence on foot. I stayed here 6 nights in mid-February. The rooms are comfortable but you won't want to stay in when you have Florence to see. I was traveling alone and felt very safe walking from here to the Piazza della Signoria to watch all the action take place at night and stand amongst the statues. Mario was patient and answered all my questions about where to go, how to get there, and helped to book a tour and investigate going to the opera. The breakfast was good - cappuccino, croissants, yogurt, juices, cereal, etc. There is a safe in the room to store your valuables. I was on the 3rd floor and had to walk up but am always looking for exercise while traveling to burn off the gelato and chianti!

great staff, very nice clean hotel. free wifi and great location. everything nearby from sights to supermarket round corner and even train station like 2 minute walk.
