Terms and Conditions for the Expedia and Liverpool Football Club ”Start of Season” Competition (the “Prize Draw”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”).Promotional materials relating to the Prize Draw, including all information on how to enter the Prize Draw, also form part of these Terms and Conditions.In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Expedia, Inc., 1111 Expedia Group Way W., Seattle, WA 98119, USA (“Expedia”).

2. Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally resident within India and an Expedia One Key program member. If you are not a member, you must become one before your entry can be included in the prize draw. Membership is free. To become a member, visit Expedia Account Login and accept the One Key terms and conditions. See Expedia One Key (Rewards) Terms and Conditions for complete terms. Employees and agents of Expedia, Inc., Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited, (“Club”) or any of their subsidiary or affiliated companies and their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfilment of the Prize Draw are not eligible to take part. Expedia reserves the right to require participants to prove that they are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. If the winner is found to be ineligible, Expedia reserves the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.

3. The Prize Draw commences at 00:00 am GMT on 16 September 2025 and all entries must be received by 23:59 pm GMT on the closing date of 20 October 2025. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Competition.

4. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must enter their first name, last name, and email address associated with their One Key account on the Expedia Live site: https://www.expedia.co.in/sports/liverpoolfc.

The Prize Draw will be promoted on at the following URL address: https://www.expedia.co.in/sports/liverpoolfc (the “Prize Draw Website”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person/email address per Entry Period. Any Entries received in excess of this limitation will be automatically disqualified and the Sponsor may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify such entrant’s participation in the Competition. Entries submitted by any other method other than the method listed above will be automatically deemed invalid and will not be entered into the Competition. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can only use one (1) email address to enter the Competition. If it is discovered by the Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) obtain more than one (1) Entry per Entry Period; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Competition, then he/she may be disqualified from the Competition in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. All entrants and Entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Competition; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Competition; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Competition in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

5. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Partner’s decisions regarding the competition, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.

6. Drawing: On 24 October 2025 (a “Draw Date”) at 1:00 PM GMT in London, England, at 407 St John St, London EC1V 4EX, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw (each, a “Draw”) from among all eligible Entries received to select three (3) potential Prize (defined below) winners.The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received in connection with the Entry Period.

7. Up to three (3) winners will receive a Prize (“Prize”) of:

  1. Two (2) General Admission tickets for a Liverpool FC Premier League fixture held at Anfield Football Stadium during the 2025/2026 Premier League season. Match fixture selection shall be subject to availability and must be agreed upon by a winner and promoter;
  2. Round trip airfare for winner and a guest from a commercial airport in India; and
  3. 1-night hotel stay in a hotel specified by Expedia (1 hotel room for 2 people. 2 nights may be booked if flight availability is unfavorable.).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize package is up to $2000 USD, converted to local currency.

Expedia, or an authorized representative, will coordinate with winners to book their travel and accommodation.

A major credit card will be required of the winner at check in at hotel to cover any incidental charges. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservation to another date will be permitted after reservation has been made.

Winners must expressly acknowledge that undertaking such travel or activity is at their own risk and sole discretion and they will make their own assessment of the risks and of their own suitability to participate in or to undertake such activity or travel.

Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or prize components. You may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The prize is subject to and a winner must abide by the Sponsor’s booking terms and conditions which are available on the site.

A Prize Winner and his/her guest(s) are expected to exercise all reasonable care for their own health and safety and for that of all other persons at all times when visiting Anfield during the match, in particular by complying with any health and safety legislation and regulations and complying with any instructions as provided as well as complying with the ticket Terms and Conditions as provided by Liverpool FC, and the Supporters Code of Conduct. A winner is responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions, including (where applicable) meals and beverages, gratuities, souvenirs, and all other incidentals. A winner is also personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the prize. The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part. By participating in the Prize Draw, participants agree that the prize is awarded on an “as is” basis, and that neither Expedia nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize.

8. The winners of the Prize Draw will be the first three (3) names chosen at random from all complete, eligible, properly submitted entries received before the end of the closing date.

9. The winners will be notified no later than 5:00 pm on the date of the draw via the email address used to enter the Prize Draw. A winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize. Expedia will then email a winner directly providing further prize details. If any e-mail messages to a winner are returned as undeliverable or is not responded to within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, Expedia reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award their prize to another participant. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified in the notification of winning, Expedia reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award the prize to another participant.

10. In the event that, for reasons beyond Expedia’s reasonable control and not related to a winner, Expedia is unable to award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, Expedia reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize. In the event of a printing or other error resulting in there being more winners than prizes for the Prize Draw, Expedia reserves the right at any time to allocate the available prize through a further draw or to divide the prize or the value of the prize between the winners of the Prize Draw.

11. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to have their name and photograph featured in publicity materials relating to the Prize Draw without further reference, payment or other compensation. This includes making their name as a winner available via private message on Instagram or X between October 2025 and October 2026. Details of the winner will also be made available to participants and the public on request by sending a letter and stamped addressed envelope to Expedia “Start of Season” Competition, Expedia, 407 St John St., London EC1V4EX no later than 20 November 2025.

12. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information: Expedia may collect and process your personal information directly or through our agents or contractors. We will use your personal information as necessary in order to conduct and manage the Prize Draw, and, where we have a lawful basis to do so, to send marketing communications to you. We may disclose your personal information to our related companies, agents, and contractors to assist in conducting and managing this offer, communicating with you, or storing data. This may include disclosures to organizations outside India in places such as the United States.

Participants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data and under certain circumstances to oppose the collection or processing of the information and request the status of Sponsor’s use or sharing of entrant’s personal information. Entrants may request such action by contacting Sponsor. To exercise these rights, you may write to: GrievanceOfficer@expediagroup.com.

The personal data will be stored by Sponsor on servers located within the United States.

As reasonable and appropriate, third party entities will be required to sign confidentiality agreements to safeguard the integrity of the participant’s personal information.

13. Expedia reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Prize Draw in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Prize Draw is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Expedia that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Prize Draw. Neither Expedia nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by Expedia to provide the prize or otherwise that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted, or that may lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the winner.

14. Save where it has been negligent, Expedia will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants’ entry into the Prize Draw or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit their ability to participate in the Prize Draw. Expedia will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by Expedia of any entries. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit Expedia’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its intentional or gross negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other matter where liability may not, as a matter of law, be limited.

15. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Prize Draw in a manner, which in Expedia’s reasonable determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Expedia and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Prize Draw at Expedia’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Prize Draw, Expedia may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Prize Draw as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions.

16. All Expedia’s decisions in relation to the Prize Draw are final and Expedia will not enter into any correspondence with participants.

17. All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Rules will be governed by the laws of India. Participants (i) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India as regards any claims or matters arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw, and; (ii) agree that all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will attorney’s fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses be awarded.
