Radisson Blu Hotel, Birmingham
Clean room, excellent facilities. Nice staff! But I did not like the pillows. They looked firm but once you laid on them all the air dissipates and there’s no neck support.

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Warm and friendly hotel staff, the room was amazing! The bed super comfortable and the L-shaped sofa to watch tv, was nice too. Breakfast was also great, highly recommend, no disappointments. Obviously the use of the spa was great.
