Old, bed bugs, we showed a picture of it. when I reported it , the manager said sorry, the doctor is not in yet to check the bites. Can I offer water or a drink before you leave? Really??

Barcelo is a beautiful property outside of Puerto Vallarta. It has something for everyone! The staff take great care in their work. So many friendly people who were always there to help. The buffet food was really good and we always found things to eat. The swim up bar was perfect and so much fun! The spa was so relaxing and so peaceful. We were able to watch football and baseball playoffs in the Cantina with a fun crowd. The staff went out of their way to turn a rainy day into fun activities. We are already planning on going back next year!
