It's a little pricey for the quality. but decent hotel staff was nice. Great location, if you want to walk around and get something to eat, go to the beach this hotel is very convenient

This hotel is amazing, the location is perfect. You can walk to everything Waikiki. The staff in friendly and kind. The check-in line can get backed up. I had the loyalty program so I got in the short line. Worth the wait though. My only complaint is the chairs at the pool. It looks like roughly 30-40% of the pool chairs are only occupied by towels, it would be nice to have it monitored, dealt with that and unused chairs could be freed up. I know that's tricky but anything may help.

Overall, this was a great hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also appreciated the variety of shops and restaurants located within the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The location is excellent, with the beach directly across the street. The only issue during our stay was that the hot water went out one evening. After several unanswered calls to the front desk, I had to go downstairs to find out what was happening. When I asked about it, I was told, "Do you really need to take a shower now?" Considering it was 11:00 p.m. and I was staying at a hotel—not camping in a tent—I found that response disappointing and unprofessional. Aside from that experience, our stay was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and overall quality.

Great location, rooms clean, just across the Waikiki beach, like the hotel bar, great vibe and live music.
