I loved everything but the entertainment. I go out of the country for the culture not to hear American music. I guess it’s more catered toward tourist from other countries other than America. The resort food really wasn’t bad. We did have an issue with one of the people there hounding us to meet with people trying to sell us a package for vacationing with Miches that was really annoying which was why they lost the one star. Also if you are just there to relax great but there’s nothing near miches it is a up and coming place to visit so hopefully it will be more to do in the up and coming years.

My group has been to Punta Cana around 10 times, always choosing new resorts to get new perspectives. Finest (excellence Club) was our favorite to date. Service was impeccable from check-in to Checkout. The rooms we're spacious, clean, and fully stocked EVERY day. Never had a need to ask for new waters or new beverages in the room because they fully re-stocked daily. Views from the rooms are great, and the pool scene was fabulous! Service at the pool bar made our entire trip amazing. Quick service to the pool, to your chairs, to the Jacuzzi's, or to anywhere. Mary, Germann, Rafael, Javier, and Jerinson we're truly top notch waitstaff who truly cared about service. The food was also really good (for all-inclusive food). Is it 5 star food? No - But truly the best resort food we have ever experienced hands down. Food trucks we're a fun alternative to the buffet, and you could also order food directly to your chair at the pool. I would book this resort again in a second, except we always like new adventures. Next time I will try a different Excellence Property though!

The layout of our family room was perfect for my brother and I. The staff kept everything spotless, fresh towels, soaps, etc. The only thing, our hairdryer didn't work and although alerted to front desk, no one came to repair. The buffet food was pretty good, bit the restaurants food was lacking, mediocre and not on par with the caliber of service in the restaurant. The outdoor spaces, pools, beach were all super clean as were the public bathrooms. We didn't take in any entertainment as it was offered too late in the evening. Overall, a good experience and would stay again if visiting Punta Cana.

Everything about casa de campo was amazing . Staff was the best and paid attention to every detail. The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever played and been on. Food was top tier. If you go SBG is an absolute must to eat dinner and watch the sunset. I highly recommend buying the all inclusive package because if you don’t , you will most definitely spend a lot more than you would plan on. Bring plenty of cash to tip.
