staffs were great!!! very helpful!! Spa massage were excellent. Gym equipments need updates. walking distances to beach, restaurants.

This place has a special place in my heart! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. A massive thank you to Karin who always got us to try new dishes during breakfast and always smiling ! The other lovely ladies at breakfast ( sorry lost the paper with the names ) were also very nice to us. So close to everything and the ambiance is 10/10. I would definitely stay here again !! We loved our stay at Golden Lotus Grand! Everything was perfect for our first stay in Da Nang - location was amazing with a close walk to restaurants and the beach, the staff were so friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Da Nang :)

The staff is so helpful. There’s many tours you can book. This resort is away from the bustle of Da Nang. It is also within walking distance of the old town and the market area. The daily morning breakfast was incredible. The hotel has a nice restaurant, and there’s also lots of food choices outside to change things up. We’ll be back again in two years!

If i could give this place 6 stars i would. everything about it was perfect, from the amazing staff who are a credit to this resort, to the free bicycle hire that a short cycle trip shows you the beauty of the country.

Nice resort, excellent service. We stayed in the Grand Suite and very happy with it. The suite offered a great view of the beach, city, and Marble mountain. The beach is so beautiful. We loved everything here and will be back whenever we visit Da Nang.
