Hotel was great and staff was friendly. The location made it a little difficult to get into Osaka but there is a shuttle to JR Osaka station that is very convenient. There are also train options but they require a 20min walk or a transfer from the New Tram to Chuo Line to get into Osaka city center. Great hotel!

We were upgraded to a fabulous Suite. Really extra special with all the trappings. Keep in mind this hotel IS NOT, in the CBD, but in an area that is quiet and has few conveniences right around the close proximity But the Hotel is Grand and the Staff is Top Rated.
