Everything about the stay was excellent, whether it was the staff, the food, the options, the proximity to transportation and outside stores, and of course the rooms. We had a riverside view and we're able to watch the cruise ships every morning and night, which was a pleasure. Beautiful location.

Overall amazing, helped make my trip very enjoyable and ending the night at a relaxing hotel was great. Went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday memorable at the hotel restaurant.

The room was clean but the highlight was your courteous staff from the receptionists, cleaners, and waiters at breakfast. Kudos and keep it up!

The stay was good overall. However, the carpet smelled dated, and the hotel should do a better job enforcing the non-smoking policy, since guests a couple of rooms down the hallway were smoking in their room.
