Great hotel, our room was warm and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was quite busy considering it was January but they were very organised. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Would recommend this hotel.

Immaculate room. Comfortable. Great location.

Clean room, nice staff, great location and decent breakfast - mostly pastries and cereal. They also have made to order breakfast sandwiches and toast. But my first day they took away the sign early for the made to order breakfast so I didn’t know that was available. The room was okay but kind of small and the bathroom was very small. The heated floors are not available for all rooms. My room didn’t seem like the one I booked through Expedia and the price definitely didn’t match the room. Also the thermostat was tough to set at a good temp it was either freezing or too hot and it took forever for the room to heat. It was cold every night, one night it was freezing and the room wouldn’t heat. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Never used the gym or sauna. Bar was closed during my stay. Super close to Time Square and good restaurants nearby. I would stay again if the rate was good.

Easy process and great location. Room is good for you need for a stay while you’re in the city

I stayed at WestHouse while the city was in the middle of an arctic blast. My room, according to the thermostat was at 70°F, no heat to speak of even after turning the temp up to the highest setting it will allow. I called the front desk and was told the engineer would take a look but never did come. The room could use a face lift - wood panel peeling, missing switch for the light, etc). The buffet-style breakfast every morning was a pleasant amenity with the ability to get tea, coffee, etc during the course of the day. The staff was cordial from front desk, to maintenance to the buffet staff. I needed a quiet and peaceful getaway and my stay was just that despite a few hiccups.
