This is our second time at the Finest and it was excellent. Love it because they are designed for families with children (toddlers). Loved that they have a baby gym, areas for each range of ages.

The staff was super!! Super friendly and attentive staff members. To Mention a few the Bartender: Domingo, Pool Waitress: Dolores, Fitness Staff: Luiyi and Daniela and many more hardworking and polite staff.

The entire staff here is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Our butler Alvero was excellent, always with a smile on his face! Anything we needed, he made it happen! Service was fantastic!!!! Food and drinks not the best. However, great coffee shop and entertainment staff. Rooftop room was nice, we enjoyed it and thought it was worth it, we had a great vacation. Loved the pools but the beach has too much seaweed so we couldn’t swim which was a little disappointing but overall great resort! Recommend!!

Service was excellent. Specially at the beach bar where Dauris (unsure of speaking) was very attentive, courteous and always sharing good energy. The selection of fish served at El Mercado and Pez Dama could be a little wider. The Japanese restaurant was the best meal, closely followed by the Mexican restaurant. The staff kept the hotel very clean and the shows were super fun (especially The Dominican one!)
