Extremely nice front desk area, didn’t try the bar or coffee but from what I saw it looked super fancy! Love the wood accents, the rooms are always clean and we will definitely continue to stay there when we go out there

I really enjoyed the quality of the building its decoration, and how clean it was. Loved the amenities and how comfortable the room was. I will definitely use this hotel again! One negative thing was the SPA area. It’s so small they don’t have availability.

Liked the Downtown Commons (DOCO) area. Didn't like that I tried to change us to a handicap room but was told on the phone they couldn't make any changes because we booked through a third party (Expedia). Good thing was that we actually already had a handicap room.

Great location and comfortable stay. The room was spacious and quiet and I had a nice breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant.

Staff was really friendly, room was nice, breakfast is continental but room did have a full kitchen if you wanted to cook. A little sketchy at night around the hotel though.

Did not like the step up shower in room 200. As an older person it seemed to risky to even try to access it.
