Everything was excellent just wish they would’ve had a microwave, available to heat up leftovers from restaurants. Location was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time. Can’t wait to go back.

Staff are disrespectful and have bad customer service. For the price you pay for the hotel their attitudes are not worth it. Even though the property is absolutely beautiful and the food was great drinks were good. The staff was just horrible and it made the experience there not up to par. I wouldn’t stay again, much more beautiful hotels with better customer service. You pay for quality and your hard earned money shouldn’t be spent on a resort that has unkind, rude, and disrespectful staff.
