This hotel's location is beautiful but the physical infrastructure is old and needing to be updated.
The rooms are nicely appointed but the exit stairways are corroded and many of the doors do not shut do to corrosion.

Ample selection/variety of restaurants.
Great ocean view from the room.
Stayed at the Ali Tower, was supposed to be a newer building, but wallpaper in room was coming apart, you could also see plenty of water spots on the ceiling/walls.
