Kato Paphos Waterpark Holidays

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pillows weren’t very comfortable neither was the sofa but all in all for the price it was good. Anna was very helpful and anything we requested was supplied straight away

The property is really nice. Very clean and right on the beach. The staff behind the bar were friendly. We were let down by the staff at the restaurants. We were given the impression that to serve us was an inconvenience. On the first night he waiter took the order and before we had even finished our meal a waiter came with a card reader to pay. On our second night we waited 15 minutes for someone to come over to take drinks order without any luck so we decided to grab our food one at a time incase someone came over. We were halfway through our dinner when my husband decided to just make his way to the bar to order and was then told off and that they would come to us. Drink order was placed and took a while and when the server came over he made the comment ‘there, you have your drinks now!’. The table beside us went through the whole meal without someone coming over and they ended up eating and leaving without any drinks. For breakfast we ended up having to collect our own cutlery and again the staff were annoyed that we’d done this after we’d been waiting a while. This is off season so it was never busy. The food was ok but definitely not worth the €35 price tag on it if you don’t have it included. The lifts are very small and we got briefly trapped in one and another was out of service. I will say that the bed was comfy, the hotel is lovely and clean. If you stay get B&B only (though the orange juice is watered down). There are restaurants and bars nearby

Joanne on reception was amazing. Love and Olivia at the pool bar were amazing. However what hotel asks for a tip on check out? I paid the outstanding the night before with tip and then they wanted more money the next day. Otherwise the property is amazing

Very much enjoyed our stay overall and the food options are great. The shows are also very good, but do not last for too long unfortunately. It's probably easier to discuss the negatives as there are so many positives... 1. The all inclusive stops at 11:30pm, as you have to pay for all drinks after this. 2. The beach area is very average, due to rocks, etc. 3. Sunbeds on the beach are a chargeable extra for the day. 4. Entertain is not very lively and ends early, so if you enjoy a dance, sing-song, etc., then you would need to head to Paphos centre. 5. If you have kids under 18 with you, you will have a different wristband to those without kids, so you will not be allowed to the over 18 area, even if you go over without your children. The hotel is amazing though and the food and drink options are unreal. The 50's style American diner is a nice touch too.
