Northern Arizona Waterpark Holidays

Just a place to crash for the few days in LV. Rooms is out dated, staff service (especially at checking desk) was not great.

The room was very spacious, and the staff was very friendly.

Reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children, king bed with hide-a-way bed...no bedding(sheets, blankets, pillows) for hide bed. Called house keeping(AI assistant) at 11:10pm. 12am(house keeping no show) so went to front desk to request bedding. 12:30am went to bed and gave kids our blanket. Went to shower in morning, only 3 towels for 4 people. A good thing was quick response from security for couple next door having massive argument at around 4:30am.

It’s a great off the strip resort but still close to everything. Great restaurants, 4 pools to choose from. Close to the airport.

My room was not clean upon arrival. I had to call the front desk and they sent some one up to clean.

Had a great trip. Very clean.

The floor was greedy with something white on the floor couldn’t take shoes off!
