Room seemed old and outdated

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Service is very good

The first morning . I woke up the door lock malfunctioned I was locked in on my room had call front desk they sent security his master key would not unlike the door he had to call engineer to break in the room to let me out they had to replace the entire lock

Checkin and front desk could elaborate more on the amenities of the hotel and what to expect as guests. Rooms were large and clean though.

This was a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and the staff were equally as amazing. The breakfast is an absolutely must try!

Basically all amenities closed but was charged resort fees, this is not right. Gym is terrible.
